vgem_tests regression

Search for the last month, vgem_tests are failing in following boards
[asuka, bob, cave, chell, elm, guado, hana, kevin, lars, mccloud, ninja, nyan, panther, rikku, scarlet, teemo, tidus, tricky, veyron_fievel, zako]

Noticed that most of the failing cases are Chromebox instead of chromebooks.  

Pass before R65-10320.0.0, asuka, caroline, cave, chell, lars
Pass before R66-10342.0.0, kevin
Pass before R66-10353.0.0, ninja, nyan, panther, tricky, veyron_fievel, zako

Just realize that the failing reason for asuka, cave, chell, lars is "Autotest client terminated unexpectedly: DUT rebooted during the test run." instead of vgem_test failure.

`test_that --board=cave cave graphics_Drm` on my DUT and it actually passed the vgem_tests but reboot during the vk_glow. This issue seems related to b:74233058

This is happen after the CL drm-tests: vgem_test: Exercise import_sg_table

which intentionally expands the exercise of vgem_test. So, I think this is working as expected.

graphics_Drm: vgem_test requires a display now

With CL:879398, the test now requires a card fd.
