Once  http://crbug.com/747130  is fixed and the URLLoaderInterceptor works with frame requests, the non network service code path (using the URLRequestFilter) can be removed in location_bar_view_browsertest.cc (more specifically the SecurityIndicatorTest.CheckIndicatorText test).
