Log spam from zip_reader.cc

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Run Chrome from the command line

What is the expected result?
Limited number of command line log messages.

What happens instead?
Repetitions of the following error message:

[1:1:0313/121244.925384:ERROR:zip_reader.cc(444)] Failed updating length of written file: Operation not permitted (1)

I hit this with ToT as well. I just have the NTP open on Linux, stepped away for a while, and came back to ~30 lines worth.
