Google PlayStore & Apps have very large cursor

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the Google Play Store or an Android app on Chrome OS
2.

What is the expected behavior?
Normal sized cursor

What went wrong?
Cursor is very large

Testing on a Samsung Chromebook Pro

This bug has been observed on Samsung Pro and Pixel 2 (2015) devices with standard 1200x800 screen resolution. The bug appears in normal desktop mode. 

We have verified the "Show large mouse cursor" accessibility setting in Chrome OS is turned off and the "Display size" accessibility setting in Android preferences is set to default.
