What is the expected behavior?
i expected that there should be no utility patch service appearing on my chrome's task manager every night at random time's

What went wrong?
why is this utility patch service keep appearing every night at this time (8:00PM / 9:00PM / 10:00PM / 11:00PM) after ending its process, it wont go away until you ended its process and it will come again the next night , back in the previous versions of chrome this utility patch service doesn't appear on my chrome's taskmanager this is the first time seeing this thing in process and i cant sleep well thinking that maybe theres something injecting on my computer without my permission, i have only 1 extension running and its only ublock i nothing else ,I dont know whats causing this utility patch service to appear , i'm a chrome user for many years (6 years maybe) and every time i start browsing i always open my chrome's taskmanager to monitor the activity on every tab that open in my browser so i can easily end its process.

i need detailed answers pls. i know its part of google chrome browser but what does it do , why it keeps appearing every night after ending its process everyday , what programs etc. that open this process in chrome's task manager.

because it drives me crazy...for 2 and a half months pls. dont ignore this i just want explanations so i can have a peace of mind browsing using google chrome

i'm using chrome Version 65.0.3325.146 (Official Build) (32-bit) now
