Excessive logging on Android at init time

Reported by kmans...@gmail.com, Mar 13 2018

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Android app
2. Inflates a layout
3. Which contains a WebView

What is the expected behavior?
Everything works, but...

What went wrong?
... there is excessive logging in the logcat, over 150 lines total.

I'm attaching a stack trace, but to summarize, it's NoClassDefFoundError exceptions for RenderProcessGoneDetail and SafeBrowsingResponse

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.137 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.0
Flash Version:

Never seen it (at least not with so much gratuitous detail) before WebView 64.

I'm using a Motorola (near-stock) Android 6.0.

Tested the issue using #65.0.3325.109 on Android Samsung S7, 6.0.1.

@kmansoft: Request you to update Chrome or WebView version to latest version #65.0.3325.109 and check if you still face the issue?

CC'ing related from the analysis of the above log.

From the file "WebView.java"

@ntfschr: Could you please take a look at this and help?

Thanks!!

This is a known issue (dupe of issue 791099). As the bug says, this is harmless: it's just a lot of logspam (which we are working to resolve).

re comment#2: This has nothing to do with the linked CL and has nothing to do with Safe Browsing. This logspam happens for any class defined on a newer API level than your current device (but the logspam is more verbose on N devices because of a platform change).
