White strip for google chrome themes

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.146 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to google chrome webstore
2. Download a theme
3. see what happened

What is the expected behavior?
There's no white strip on google chrome themes

What went wrong?
White strip on google chrome theme

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.146  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
