What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Run unit_tests which uses AshTestBase, e.g. EventRewriterTest, DisplayPrefsTest.
(2) You will get the following error message:
ERROR:gl_context_virtual.cc(40)] Trying to make virtual context current without decoder.

What is the expected result?
No error message should appear if test case passes.

What happens instead?
Error messages are shown.
