YouTube notification text is cut off in notification manager

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Receive this YT notification
(2) Open notification shade

What is the expected result?

See all of the text in the first line.

What happens instead?

Text is cutoff.

@jhawkins, Thank you for reporting. I can't repro this issue on my canary eve. I assume that DPI (and device) may be the trigger of this issue.

Could you let me know the "Platform" row in chrome://version? It contains the device name and the Chrome OS version.
