2. run-webkit-tests plugins/webview-plugin-devices-scale.html

Expected: in the pixel result, the contents both outside and inside of the plugin should be scaled.

Actual: Only the contents outside of the plugin is scaled. Contents inside of the plugin is not scaled.

Didn't verify if this is a real world issue or just a layout test issue.
