Steps to reproduce : 
1. Launch chrome. 
2. Tap on Menu > New Incognito tab.
3. Tap on Omnibox
4. Scroll the cursor towards incognito icon.

Observed results:
Incognito icon is read as button.

Expected results:
Incognito icon should be read as New Incognito tab or Incognito icon
