White blank screen is displayed for few languages in language selection Account preferences screen.

Issue description

App Version:  66.0.3359.28 beta
iOS Version: 10.3.3 only
Device : iPhone,iPad

Pre-Condition :
1- Sign in to chrome

Steps to reproduce : 
1. Launch chrome. 
2. Tap on Menu > Settings 
3. Select the Signed in user
4. Tap on any account > Tap on Account Preferences.
5. Tap on Language >  Tap on Edit button below Default language.
6. Scroll the languages to the bottom.

Observed results:
Languages are not displayed.

Expected results:
Languages should be displayed

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA
Bug reproducible on Dolphin/Safari/Firefox: Safari : NA
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version)Yes in M64
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): Yes in M65 and M66

@pmadalla, Can you still reproduce it? I've tried, it looks that has been fixed. I've tried on iOS 11.
Issue can be reproduced on the build 70.0.3538.38 beta tested on iPhone6(iOS 10.3.3). 
Issue can be reproduced on iOS 10.3.3 devices only

This happens on iOS 12 as well. I'm running Chrome 71.0.3576.0 canary on iOS 12 iPhone SE. On that screen at the very end of that long list of languages, there's an entry of "O|\\/|G |-|4xx0|2 !!!!111" which looks very very odd as a language choice.
