What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to above URL and click on 'ADD TO CHROME' button.
(2) Then navigate to PDF (e.g. http://www.orimi.com/pdf-test.pdf) and click on PDF Viewer extension icon.
(3) Observe while opening extension popup

Actual: Unwanted black patch is seen while opening extension popup.

Expected: No such a black patch should seen while opening extension popup.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M61', provinding bisect using bisect per revision:

Good Build: 61.0.3160.0(Revision: 487695)
Bad Build: 61.0.3161.0(Revision: 488073)

You are probably looking for a change made after 487962 (known good), but no later than 487963 (first known bad).
