This sounds a good (intern) project for hikarun@, as a 20% project or something.

I'm Jinho Bang and one of external contributors in Chromium/Blink project. Nowdays I'm doing mentoring for "Contributhon (Contribution + Marathon)", which is a kind of developer event for university students. My role is helping them contribute to open source like Chromium/Blink for three months smoothly.

Can I take this issue for our students? I think this looks trivial and a good issue for newbie.

Not limited to implementation, investigating current other vendors update and interoperability is an important task(just writing them here is O.K).
