Steps to reproduce:
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to above URL and add extension.
(2) Click on extension at toolbar and enter any password in ‘My password’ field and observe.

Actual Result:Entered text gets into endless looping .
Expected Result:Entered text should not get into endless looping .

This is Regression issue broken in ‘M-67’ and below is the bisect info:

Bad Build:67.0.3364.0(Revision:541279)
