Tested the issue in Android and able to reproduce the issue. Steps Followed: 1. Launch Chrome. 2. Navigate to any URL provided. Eg.: https://aframe.io/aframe/examples/boilerplate/panorama/ 3. Let the device rotate. 4. Observed that moment displayed on the screen is not stable and moves very unstable. Can be found in screen cast. Chrome versions tested: 65.0.3325.109(Stable), 67.0.3369.0(Canary) OS: Android 8.1.0 Android Devices: Pixel Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good Build - 65.0.3324.0 (530027) Bad Build - 66.0.3326.0 (530735) Issue is also reproduced on #65.0.3325.109. To increase the range of builds #66.0.3326.0 is considered as bad. You are looking for a change made after 530548(GOOD), but before 530549(BAD). The original reported issue is similar to: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=805146 This is caused by the fix not merged to M65 stable yet. The display on the screen is not stable is caused by the change in units explained here: https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/d/msg/blink-dev/ple1o7bFqEs/jJuhTSEYCwAJ
