Non-Regression : Blue focus is seen missing on clicking 'Add new services' at Menu list available on L.H.S in Files App

Chrome Version:  66.0.3359.28/10452.8.0 dev-channel Daisy,Reks and Kip
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User ->Go to Files App-> 
(2)Now click on 'Add new services' at Menu list available on L.H.S -> Observe No blue focus is seen(whereas on clicking other option such as 'Recent', 'Downloads' blue focus is seen)
(Please refer Video and Screenshot)

Note: Issue is seen on M-62, M-63, M-64 and M-65

Expected: Blue focus should be seen on  clicking 'Add new services' at Menu list available on L.H.S 
Actual: Instead No blue focus is seen

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62

This is WAI.
When clicking Recent, Downloads, etc..., the current folder is changed to the clicked volume.
When "Add new services" is clicked, a dropdown menu is shown and the current directory is not changed, that's why the focus behavior is different.
