Non-Regression:'Select-to-speak','Fullscreen magnifier','Docked magnifier' names in Ubertray/Accessibility are not translated accordingly with the language change

Chrome Version:66.0.3359.28/10452.8.0 dev-channel Daisy,Kip,Reks

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build, in OOBE change the language from English to any..(Ex: Arabic)
(2)Go to Ubertray/Accessibility and observe the names 'Select-to-speak','Fullscreen magnifier','Docked magnifier'(please refer screenshot)

Actual: 'Select-to-speak','Fullscreen magnifier','Docked magnifier' names are not translated.
Expected: The names 'Select-to-speak','Fullscreen magnifier','Docked magnifier' should get translated according to the language change.

Raising this issue as a Non-Regression issue seen from M-66

Note: Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS

Thank you for reporting this issue.
I believe all affected string are properly translated. We might need to check it on different build.

It's possible that these strings were new, could you please re-test and see if the issue reproduces?

Issue seems to be fixed.. checked using chrome version # 69.0.3449.0/10751.0.0 dev
