Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.146 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Buy a new computer 2. Sign into new chrome install 3. Notice other profiles are not there What is the expected behavior? All profiles could come along with a sync. At least have some sort of file based import option to move across profiles manually, outside of Google chrome sync. What went wrong? Missing profiles about:flags Dev tools settings Url handler Mailto settings Did this work before? After signing in to chrome from chrome://settings, only a particular profile through which we are signing in will get synced. To get all the profiles we need to create a new person and need to sign in with that particular account. @Reporter: Could you please let us know if this is a "Feature request". Thanks!

Sorry, but this is not going to happen. Profiles are specifically a way to support different users, each of which might or might not be syncing. Sync lives *within* a profile, and doesn't know about the existence of any other profiles. Changing that would be a very major change to how Sync works, and it'd break a lot of other use cases. |
