Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to display settings
2. Click on keyboard
3. Google keyboard setting;Slide off.

What is the expected behavior?
The slider or switch is grey in color, and will not allow me to switch the setting off.
I would like to use another keyboard.

What went wrong?
Either it's been permently programed or deactivated vto turn off...
