marcin@ -- Tested on reported Chrome #67.0.3368.0 on Pixel Android 8.1 and noticed the below observations:

Prerequisite: Navigate to Chrome Settings >> Accessibility >> Enable "Simplified view"

Steps Followed:
1. Launch Chrome.
2. Navigated to the URL: 
3. Switch to Simplified View.
4. Observed that the text "Głosowanie dostępne tylko w wersji PC. Już wkrótce wersja moblina." is missing. However, "Najbardziej interesująca Cię rzecz w nowych Galaxy S9 i S9+ to?" can be seen (Same as in the screenshots attached in original comment)

Could you please confirm whether it is the issue or anything else.

you don't have "nie wiem" in simplified view

Tested the issue in Android and able to reproduce the issue. Similar behavior is observed since Chrome #65.0.3325.109

Prerequisites: Enable "Simplified View" from Chrome Settings >> Accessibility.

Steps Followed:
1. Launched the Chrome Browser.
2. Navigate to the URL: http://www.benchmark.pl/aktualnosci/samsung-galaxy-s9-plus-premiera-cena-pierwsze-wrazenia.html.
3. Scroll the page up and down.
4. Tap on any "Show simplified view" option.
5. Observed that "nie wiem" text is not displayed below the line "Oferta odkupu starego smartfona za dodatkowe 400 zł". Which is actually displayed in normal mode under "Sonda".

Chrome versions tested:
65.0.3325.109(Stable), 67.0.3369.0(Canary)

OS:
Android 8.1.0

Android Devices:
Pixel

This seems to be a Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen since M65.  Untriaged for further input's on this issue.
