The browser crashe instantly upon start

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. start Chrome Dev version 66.0.3359.22/23
2. white canvas of the browser appears and instantly crashes 

What is the expected behavior?
It should start the browser

What went wrong?
After the update to the version 66.0.3359.22/23, Chrome is crashing every time it is launched. Even with clean reinstall, this versions doesn't work.

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes previous Dev build worked

Some sort of memory corruption going on on startup. For me, it is related to ntdll.dll.

I have the same crashes. For me setting Chrome to start in Windows 7 compatibility mode resolves the crashes.
