Chrome doesn't load pages after laptop standby

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open browser and go to any URL 2. Put laptop in standby (close down) 3. Wake up laptop; Go to Chrome 4. Open a new tab and go to any URL or open a .pdf in chrome What is the expected behavior? Chrome should display this url or .pdf file. What went wrong? Chrome takes up to a minute to load content (either url or local .pdf file) By closing every instance of chrome and reopening it every url or file gets displayed instantaneously. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 64.0.3282.186 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Already uninstalled chrome and reinstalled it. Problem still occurs.

This is probably Issue 770201 . The fix would be in Chrome 66 (Currently Chrome Beta: https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/beta.html)
