Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open browser and go to any URL
2. Put laptop in standby (close down)
3. Wake up laptop; Go to Chrome
4. Open a new tab and go to any URL or open a .pdf in chrome

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome should display this url or .pdf file.

What went wrong?
Chrome takes up to a minute to load content (either url or local .pdf file)

By closing every instance of chrome and reopening it every url or file gets displayed instantaneously.

Already uninstalled chrome and reinstalled it. Problem still occurs.
