clicktale is not recogised in third party badges

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to any site with clicktale (e.g. homedepot, microsoft etc)
2. add thirdparty badges in dev tools
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
see clicktale

What went wrong?
no badge

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.186  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 28.0 r0
