Steps to reproduce:
SUDDENLY as of 03/10/2018  Using (1) down volume & power button or (2) S-pen screen write: 
 I get Error Messages when trying to fo screenshots in Incognito mode in Chrome

I get message saying "Can't take screenshots due to security policy"
 Or 
"Screenshots disallowed due to security policy"

Can't do screenshots in Chrome Incognito anymore Version 65.0.3325.109 Been doing it for YEARS! Suddenly can't anymore! How can I fix this?
