Console auto-completion adds another duplicate "clear" suggestion every time I change the console text

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.146 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Write "clear" in the developer console
2. Press backspace
3. Press r
4. Repeat 2.-4.

What is the expected behavior?
Only one suggestion for "clear"

What went wrong?
Every time I alter the text (but make sure "clear" still gets suggested), another duplicate suggestion for "clear" appears.

Did this work before? N/A

Bisected the bug to  65.0.3299.0 r524902 "DevTools: Make console autocomplete faster"
The bug was fixed in 66.0.3336.0 r533191 "DevTools: Fix keywords being duplicated by autocomplete cache"

Not sure why it wasn't merged in v65, seems quite a bad one.

This bug is officially fixed now since 66 is the stable version.
