Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open page with PDF file: http://www.denis-samarin.ru/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/%D0%97%D0%B0%D0%BD%D1%8F%D1%82%D0%B8%D0%B5-9.-%D0%9F%D1%80%D0%B8%D1%82%D1%87%D0%B0-%D1%86%D0%B0%D1%80%D0%B5-%D0%BA%D0%BE%D1%82%D0%BE%D1%80%D1%8B%D0%B9-%D1%81%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BB%D0%B0%D0%BB-%D0%BF%D0%B8%D1%80-%D0%B4%D0%BB%D1%8F-%D1%81%D1%8B%D0%BD%D0%B0-%D1%81%D0%B2%D0%BE%D0%B5%D0%B3%D0%BE.pdf
2. The document displayed. Press Ctrl - S to save.
3. Choose place to save (I used default 'Documents'), click Save.

What is the expected behavior?
Expected result: document (PDF file) should be saved to disc

What went wrong?
Browser completely freezes (it never show crash message):
- I can't open / switch any tabs
- cursor displayed as multi-color circle
- When I right click Chrome's icon in the dock - it says "Application not responding"
- the only way out is to click "Force Quit"
