Text not correctly aligned on chrome://version

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 67.0.3366.0 OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Steps to reproduce: 1. Open chrome://version. 2. Select all of the text. For example, "OS:" (in bold) and "Windows" (non-bold) are not correctly horizontally aligned. Secondly, the way the "Google Inc. Copyright 2018 Google Inc. All rights reserved." is positioned in respect with the Chrome logo and "chrome" does not look all that great either.

Thanks for the feedback. I guess the selection painting is working as expected, thus it could be design improvement on the chrome://version page as a whole. For your second point, I took a screenshot to show how the vertical alignment doesn't look great. Routing to chrome:// UI component for further triage.
