Zoom levels settings sentence is overflow.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Click Content settings.
3. Click Zoom levels.
4. View the attached image.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
I can't reset zoom levels, because sentence is overflowed. Please view the attached image.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.186  Channel: stable

Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.13.3, Win-10 and Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version #64.0.3282.186 and latest canary #67.0.3368.0.
This is a non-regression issue as it is observed from M60 old builds. 

Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team.
