Description:

HD Pro Webcam C920 does not focus when in hangouts session. 
Tested it out on both version 62 and 63 and the issue is reproducible. Camera is plugged directly into the Chromebox.

Customer confirmed that issue does no happen when camera is running in a user session or plugged into other device.
