Flash appears to be blocked or not fully functioning

Issue description

Chrome Version: <From about:Version 64.0.3282.190 (Official Build) (32-bit)>
<b>Chrome OS Version: <From about:version: Platform x.x.x.x></b>
Chrome OS Platform: <10176.76.0 (Official Build) stable-channel nyan_kitty>
Network info: <spectrum/time warner cable, router netgears AC1750>

Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add

Steps To Reproduce:
(1)go to https://apps.facebook.com/cafeland/?fb_source=canvas_bookmark

Expected Result: functioning game

Actual Result: "flash is blocked on this page", space on page where game should load is completely blank

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?) always, last 2 days

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it? unable to play, none known

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or
log if possible.

For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu
page at the end of this report.

 
Components: Internals>Plugins>Flash
Would going to site settings and enabling flash for the site fix the issue?
Click the "i" icon in left of the URL Omnibox and set flash to "Allow" then try again. (Now it should work without utilizing the HTML5 render.)

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
