Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Chrome Sign Builder set to kiosk mode.
2. Once Sign Builder loads the schedule it will display properly until I use an HDMI Cable to mirror the display.
3. I have tried 2 different Chromebooks (HP 11 G5 and Lenovo 13" Thinkpad) and both exhibit the same issue. Other kiosk apps function properly

What is the expected behavior?
Screen shouldn't be offset when mirroring display.

What went wrong?
Screen shifted to the right about half a screen so only the left portion of the display is showing.

Did this work before? Yes Not sure of the version but it worked before 2018-03-05.
