What steps will reproduce the problem?
1)Sign in to user -> logout -> sign in to another user -> Go to Uber tray ->click on user I'd and select 'Sign in to another user...' option for Multiple sign-in
2)In  Multiple sign-in screen  press 'Ctrl+Alt+shift+r' for Powerwash screen and now click on 'Cancel' button -> observe two users are seen in Multiple sign-in screen

Expected: Only one user should be seen in in Multiple sign-in screen after clicking on 'Cancel' button in  Powerwash screen 
Actual: Instead two users are seen in Multiple sign-in screen

This is Non-Regression issue seen from M-62
