What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build >> In OOBE screen,change the language to 'Arabic' and connect to a network
(2)Go to 'Sign into your Chromebook' page >>enter Email-id >>click  Next
(3)In Password field >>enter password and observe the password & the cursor direction

Actual: In password field the default cursor is seen in one direction and password entry is seen in other direction.
Expected: The writing direction and the default cursor highlight should be seen in one direction only

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62
