Regression : Close button 'x' on tab appears chopped from LHS.

Issue descriptionChrome version : 66.0.3359.22 Revision 37c99647fccce6a8929b1ddebbcdfbe6148dea43-refs/branch-heads/3359@{#126}(32/64 bit) OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome and press 'Ctrl + T' to open new tabs (2) Open approximately 50 to 60 tabs and then click on second tab to close it (3) Now hover mouse on close button of next tab and observe Actual: Close button 'x' on tab appears chopped from LHS Expected: Close button 'x' on tab should be seen properly Good Build:66.0.3347.0 (Revision : 536861) Bad Build:66.0.3348.0 (Revision : 536934) Unable to narrow down the range using per-revision bisect script hence proving suspect from narrow bisect. I agree that the underlying issue here is really bug 587688 . Are you saying you want me to assign that to you? Because that would be awesome -- I'd love to see that bug get fixed.
