Tested the issue in Android and observed that images in the provided URL are displayed very tiny when opened in Simplified View.

Prerequisites: Enable "Simplified View" from Chrome Settings >> Accessibility.

Steps Followed:
1. Launched the Chrome Browser.
2. Navigate to the URL: https://www.factorio.com/blog/post/fff-195
3. Scroll the page by a bit.
4. Tap on "Show simplified view" option.
5. Observed that, images from the page loaded seems to be appeared very tiny.

Chrome versions tested:
65.0.3325.144(Beta), 67.0.3367.0(Canary)

OS:
Android 8.1

Android Devices:
Pixel, Pixel XL

This seems to be a Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen since M65.  Untriaged for further input's on this issue.


Note: 
1. This issue is not observed in Desktop.
2. Builds before M-65 doesn't have Simplified View option. Hence Untriaged this issue.
