Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.146 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a js file with 40K to 50K lines of codes. 2. debug some function. 3. while stepping over codes sometimes code stops being highlight (blue background color to denote control is at that line) but debugger still stops at that line. What is the expected behavior? code at which control is currently stopped should be highlighted. What went wrong? while stepping over codes sometimes code stops being highlight(blue background color to denote control is at that line) but debugger still stops at that line. Due to this I am not able to check the values of variables by hovering over them and visualization for code steps is also gone. Did this work before? I am experiencing this in Chrome 67.0.3396.99 (Official) on Windows 10 x64. For me, this issue happens on all JS files regardless of the filesize. Interestingly, once I click the resume script execution button, the JS code continues to execute as expected, but the line that should have been highlighted when the breakpoint hit is now highlighted. |
