Text context menu in PDF are in wrong place after scroll

Issue description

Chrome Version: 65.0.3325.146
OS: Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a pdf in Chrome
(2) Longtap to select some text and show text context menu 
(3) Scroll the page


What is the expected result?
text selection and context menu should move to the new position

What happens instead?
text selection moves to new position, context menu stay in the old position

Sorry, wrong link in my previous comment. 

 issue 776839  fixed the issue when main frame scroll. but when scroll the pdf, quickmenu position still incorrect.

This seems to only be an issue in PDFs - works correctly on all other kinds of scrollers. James, could you take a look or otherwise triage?

eirage@ - Does this still reproduce for you? I can't seem to get the page to scroll while the context menu is showing.

Seems not reproducible anymore.
