DevTools: show color chip preview next to var(--foo)

We show previews for colors that are hard-coded, but fail to show it for variables.

In addition to that, we should:

- Allow opening color picker when clicking that chip
- There should be new palette with all variable chips
- Picking from that palette should use var() value.
