Security: Cross-origin Shared Worker

Reported by chromium...@gmail.com, Mar 9 2018

Issue description

Chrome Version: 67.0.3365.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)
Operating System: Windows 7

- I'm actually not sure about this issue if this is a security bug.

1. Open https://test.shhnjk.com/2.html
2. Open again https://test.shhnjk.com/2.html on another tab
3. Click on stop button on one tab

I expected the other tab keeps counting and does not stop as on Firefox.

Note: I got this from bug 787103 .

I don't think there's actually a security issue here. Since they're on the same origin and the worker is shared, this is the behavior I'd expect. The vulnerability in issue 787103 was that the worker was being shared across origins.
