One crash after another on Chrome canary

Reported by 93m4qau...@gmail.com, Mar 8 2018

Issue description

Chrome Version: 67.0.3365.0 canary
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Crash IDs: be84e84a3080b410, 9363dad034f304fc, c38dc55d7b3294d0, dc289e34ef87b5ff, 117380cbfba2b988, 6b54b5be526a9b45, and 207deebf2ff2fa75

Crash type: Whole browser crash (the juiciest)

The whole browser spontaneously crashes, then I reopen it and go to chrome://crashes. I request uploading of the crash report, and by the time it's uploaded, the whole browser crashes again. One crash after another makes you feel warm and fuzzy...

Wasn't a problem back in 67.0.3364.0

Just started happening in the latest canary (67.0.3365.0). The previous canary (67.0.3364.1) was completely broken and wouldn't launch at all, but I uninstalled and reinstalled it to fix that.

Another: 3944feed027cd7dd
And by the time it was uploaded so that I could get the uploaded ID, it did it again! I will provide that one once it uploads, and by then, it will have done it again!
Keep using Chrome even after you have tough times with it when it has its bad days when it is slipping up oops a lot!

Now, it has uploaded, and of course, it slipped up and did it's embarrassing oops again! Now that this one is available, another one is being uploaded.

This is same as Issue 818454 and culprit CL has been reverted and fix should be available in next canary.
May I ask why that issue is view restricted?
