[gfeedback Prestable] Tab title appears bold and blurry

OS: (e.g. Win7, OSX 10.9.5, etc...)

User feedback
1. Toolbar & Bookmark icons problem after changing OS Font to Roboto Light (https://listnr/report/85159822733)
2. Tabs on the top had some isses displaying the names clearly. I tried unintall it and install again. It didn't help. But tabs in chrome in incognito windows don't have these issues. (https://listnr/report/85159442659)
3. The text in the tabs is no longer readable, except on the tab one is located. (https://listnr/report/85159145489)
4. Incorrect display of the names of inactive tabs, no text settings in the browser were performed. (https://listnr/report/85156130001)

On (0), I don't see any toolbar or bookmarks icon problems.

I can't download (1) to look at it.

(2) and (3) are both symptoms of background tabs having a non-opaque alpha value, which is  bug 819865 .
