Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10176.76.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.190 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10176.76.0 (Official Build) stable-channel setzer Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. restart device 2. powerwashed device 3. hard reset device What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Touchscreen stopped working after chrome OS update Did this work before? Yes out of box chrome OS for hp chromebook 11 g5 Chrome version: 64.0.3282.190 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10176.76.0 Flash Version: 28.0.0.161 band new device. touchscreen worked yesterday (day 1 with device) did OS update. Now touchscreen no longer works (day 2 with device)

Reloaded older version of Chrome OS using chrome recovery. touch screen works again.
