Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10176.76.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.190 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10176.76.0 (Official Build) stable-channel auron_yuna Steps to reproduce the problem: 1.Turn on computer 2.Try to type in password 3.Everything sticks for 30 sec or more What is the expected behavior? Want Acer Chromebook 15 CB5-571 to turn on, password type in without out sticking and getting online quickly like it used to do. What went wrong? A couple of months ago, after an update, every thing on my sign-in screen freezes when I go to type in my password. I have power washed and used the recovery utility several times. On those cleanings, even the "Welcome" screen gets stuck. The sticking will last about 30 sec and then every thing goes to normal. I have even tried my other gmail account, still the same sticking at sign-in. I have deleted or disabled extensions to no avail. I have tried this on all the channels, and it even happens in Developer Mode. I have tried signing in with the internet off thinking that was the problem, still sticks. I just recently got a new update with Google Play working on Stable Channel for me. That's nice! But, still sign-in is sticking! aaarrrggg! This has been a pain for me! I have sent in this issue three times now. What the hey is wrong??!! Do I need a whole new google acount for a fresh start? It just seems like something is not getting cleaned up. It almost seems like it remembers my account(s) even after the Chromebook Recovery Tool. Is there a command I can put in the terminal to clean this up? Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 64.0.3282.190 Channel: stable OS Version: 10176.76.0 Flash Version: 28.0.0.161 /opt/google/chrome/pepper/libpepflashplayer.so

GUYS! I have been on Stable Channel and was pleasantly surprised that the new update made the Google Play Store available for my Chromebook! But, even with the new update, the issue above was still going on. I changed the Channel to Beta last night and still the same issue. I went to the Dev Channel after that. Low and behold, my sign-in has not been sticking! Whatever Dev Channel has going on is working for me....so far, I should say. I'll keep you posted. Thanks, Dev Channel!

Sooo.... I see your comment xiy. Is there a fix for me (us)? I'm willing to type something in the terminal or whatever, or wait for an update?

Just wanted to let you know, Dev Channel was working until I went online to my library where I like to download songs. No pics of the song albums showed up, and I got this message when I tried a sample song: "Cannot load M3UB Crossdomain Access denied" I tried turning on flash for that site and shutting off my adblocker. Because of that, I used the chromebook recovery tool and was back on Stable Channel, where again, the sign-in was sticking, so I decided I'd give Beta Channel another try. Sign-in is not getting stuck on Beta Channel! Wow! It was getting stuck before. hmmmm interesting. Thought you might like to know that.

OMG! You geniuses have fixed my sign-in! A few weeks ago, I decided to try Beta Channel, and to my surprise, sign-in worked without sticking. A few days ago, I saw that there was an update, so I dared to go back to the Stable Channel to see if sign-in wasn't sticking. Yay, you guys, sign-in is working beautifully for me on Stable Channel! Even the "Power Wash" didn't stick. I'm so happy! It had been a nightmare to deal with there for a couple of months! Everything is working beautifully. I even have Minecraft PE working great from the Google Play Store!. ***** for you guys! THANKS AGAIN!!!!!!
