When printing from a web page that uses Java Script to print, the print job never gets to the printer.

Reported by e...@jmcinc.com, Mar 8 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.146 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Bring up a page in a web browser, and use a print button on that page.
2. The Print Dialog Box comes up and you click on Print and nothing gets to the printer, and it is not in the Print Queue either.
3. We use Java Script to print from this site.

What is the expected behavior?
You click on the Print button and the Print Dialog Box comes up and you click on Print, and the printer prints.

What went wrong?
Nothing prints.

Did this work before? Yes Version 64 - I don't know the exact version of 64.

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.146 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
