VR: Daydream Dashboard support for Deep-linked apps

Basically, we need to stay in VR when the VR CCT is stopped so that when we resume from the Dashboard we stay in VR. This is complicated by the autopresentation work and hopefully avoiding reloading the page when re-launched from DD home to the same page.

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
This was fixed with issue 780887.

Though we do have to reload the page when re-launching the same deep-link from DD home. That's something we might consider addressing in the future.
