Issue descriptionOn an XFA enabled build: 1. Open https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5257e.pdf 2. Open the dropdown under "5. Place of birth" "* Country". 3. Hover the mouse pointer over the popup with the list of countries. 4. Use the mouse scroll wheel to scroll down. Expected: The list of countries is scrolled down. Actual: The whole document is scrolled down.
