Mobile Emulator does not show full size window inside frame.

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.146 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Visit any website 2. Open DevTools -> toggle mobile emulation 3. Choose iPhone 6/7/8 Plus or X, or most other options What is the expected behavior? the full size site will render inside the phone. What went wrong? only a part of the page is displayed inside the frame, the rest is white space. (see attached) Did this work before? Same here. None of the emulation options work for me. iPhone, iPad, Pixel, responsive, etc. all display the same truncated window frame.

Same here, since upgrading to Chrome 65 yesterday.

Also noticed that if I use my laptop's (Macbook Pro) display only (no external monitor), I don't see this issue.

Same issue here. I tried the external display on my iMac as per shee's note, but it didn't make any difference for me. For me there appears to be a workaround—the problem doesn't occur if the mobile emulation mode is already turned on when I first open dev tools. So for example: 1. Open dev tools 2. Enable mobile emulation mode (bug occurs) 3. Close dev tools (with mobile mode still active) 4. Re-open dev tools (bug does not occur)
