Fontsize setting not works on some web pages

Project Member Reported by xfzhang...@gmail.com, Mar 8 2018

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the Chrome for Android
2. Go to Setting -> Accessibility -> Text Scaling, and change scaling from 100% to 200%
3. Load the url " http://pandora.yidianzixun.com:3080/article/0IRW2J4Q"

What is the expected behavior?
FontSize is 2X of normal size

What went wrong?
FontSize become the the normal size when loading finished.
Notice: FontSize is 2X during the paging is loading.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.186 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 8.0
Flash Version:

If I disable JavaScript in
Settings ---> Site settings --->JavaScript, and then reproduce the above steps, the fonts works well.

Is this a problem of website isself or it is a feature of chromium "Text Autosizer"? But it seems WebView doesn't has this issue.

It seems that some js apply to fontsize after page loading finished
