Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.146 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open page -> inspect element -> Toggle Device Toolbar 2. Move windows from one display to the other 3. What is the expected behavior? See attachments What went wrong? Happens to me frequently as well. However for me I'm usually in split-screen view and/or will have 2 monitors with apps full-screened. Latest release of macOS, current Dev. channel release of Chrome.
